| Comment | When I was house hunting I saw this lovely semi detached home, the owner took us round explaining all the benefits, amenities etc. Then he told if that he had an offer 15% over asking price. Then said if we offer x amount we'd have a chance.....
We didn't make an offer due to it being literally 1 minute from a pub lol. But it didn't sell for 15% over maybe 10% at most.
Wait a few days until deadline phone and ask if there are any notes of interest, I believe they will tell your solicitor if your the highest bidder.
