| Comment | So you are saying they could tell me it's got a fixed minimum term when I try to leave so they can try to get me to pay some sort of fee for leaving early. Which, if I now understand what people have told me, I can ignore and give 28 days notice.
However they could also use the the same 28 days to get me out if they want to sell - which I completely accept. It's only for if we both have 28 days notice.
Is that what you are pointing out? Sorry if it's obvious but as I am new to renting I really appreciate people spelling this stuff out to me. |
