Comment	Thanks. And am I correct that as a PRT I can also serve notice at any time (28 days) and exit? Ultimately I want to rent for 6 months before I buy. If it takes a bit longer or less I want the knowledge I can leave without penalty. I will happily accept that a landlord can do the same to me.
