Sorry to hear this - I've fucking had it up to here with energy companies. I was was with Economy Energy which went tits up and when I switched to British Gas I was £1200 in debt all of a sudden. When I phoned the Economy Energy call they kept saying "It was the beast from the East". They had obviously been told to say that to customers.
