Ach it happens. Scaling up undoubtedly leads to more complications too I guess. Flat was with Avant and they were excellent. Their price points are now insane though sadly.
House is from Urban Union who are owned by Robertson I believe. Had hopes that a smaller run org would result in higher quality but (at least in my case) no such luck. There hadn't been a showhome and the agent used to work for Avant and said these were better. Oh how I wish I hadn't taken them at their word 😬 hoping if we get everything suitably rectified it'll all have been worth it... |
