In such a changeable market then the huge benefit is generally price you see is price you pay. I get for any buyer currently that is a huge draw.

We bought a new build in the East End 6 years ago and will be selling it soon. Over the course we have had very little medium to big issues with it in that time beyond general upkeep. We maybe got lucky. |
