The basics for powerlifting are the foundation of all strength sports. Squat, deadlift, overhead press and bench press.

If you look up a programme called "Phraks" you'll have a good basis for a linear progression training programme that will allow you to improve these core lifts on a session by session basis. Greyskull llp is a good app to use to track and manage your progress over time(it also has the phraks variant programmed in.).

If you decide to go with this lifting scheme it'll seem quite basic and easy at first with only 3 exercises per session but it will quickly become challenging and you can add additional exercises to address weaknesses as you progress.

If you effectively track your diet with something like Lifesum you can pretty accurately track your macros too. No need to spend money on either of those apps as they have free versions that can get you to a good place.

Only start looking into supplements such as creatine, whey powder and bcaa if you can afford it. Progress can be made steadily just eating normal foods such as eggs, chicken and beef.

Try to avoid complexity in training programmes if possible as the only thing that matters is your building strength and staying happy in your work out.
