Most students live around the west end, so if you are looking for your typical retail/supermarket job then try further afield as I'm sure the Byres rd shops get 10 students a day dropping in with CVs
Bars are another typical employer but that industry has been hammered by covid again remember to try town rather than just the west end
Obviously you have all your delivery type jobs but you'll need some form of transport, in some of those you are effectively self employed
