| Comment | I'm not sure if interview nerves is a thing for you. But something that always keeps me calm.is to remind myself that the interview is as much for me to find out if I want to work there as it is for them to have me on board.
Also take some questions for you to ask them. Such as, how did the role come about, was it through expansion or did somebody leave their post? And if there are kpis how are these measured, will it be team kpis or individual efforts to meet the bigger picture etc. |
