| Comment | I work in public sector and my best advice would be try to stay calm (hard I know) and remind yourself they are just people too. Rehearse what you’re going to say, write down examples for all sorts of competency based scenarios (problem solving, difficult situations you’ve had to resolve with customers/suppliers/colleagues, best achievements so far, how you manage workload etc) to cover your bases and just read them over a few times so it flows naturally.
