I really don't think so, the building is close enough to central station for people to find better and affordable housing outside the city. Also the pandemic has contributed to people wanting to have better lives than cooped up in flats in the city centre. I honestly think that current construction in Glasgow is geared towards totally the wrong demographic...rich Chinese students, offices that are going to be empty, buildings that just will be used for 8 hours a day and with the homeless population rising along with rising hours price....Glasgow city council should really focus on building affordable housing in town
