What about mad donators? We had a woman stomp down furious to us, because she'd donated a wardrobe without bothering to empty it first, so she wanted her husbands clothes back. Did she think we emptied it as part of the collection service, or magically just "knew" that the clothes weren't being donated too?

Or someone who handed in a bunch of suitcases, not realising one was still full of her holiday clothes - she had to dig through the rag bags to get her stuff back, since we had chucked all the used swimsuits and short-shorts. I think she threatened to go to the papers over that one :)

And volunteers nicking stuff - I don't mean donations, I mean the manageresses phone and gym bag :( |
