| Comment | I remember a pal of mine organising a community litter pick in the west end. We spent a whole day clearing loads of rubbish. Two days later it was all back. That was 1997. Litter is a consequence of disposable, single use packaging combined with people who simply don't care. Are they disenfranchised or just selfish?
Like most current issues facing GCC, 10 years of Tory austerity is usually the root cause. (combined with corruption and some severely outmoded practices)
