Heya, sorry to hear you’re going through this. I was diagnosed last week, hoping to start medication soon. Im also looking for a therapist with adult ADHD specialisation in Glasgow. I’ve contacted a few on https://www.bacp.co.uk but have yet to hear back from anyone who isn’t fully booked.
