Also, I’m based in East Dunbartonshire and apparently their waiting list is one of the shortest, so hopefully you’re there too? They stopped taking new patients for about 1.5 months due to Omicron, but even then, I was referred by my GP in early November, so it wasn’t the longest wait.
Annoyingly it took my GP from July to make the referral as they kept losing my paperwork, but that’s a whole other story.
Also, Glasgow has the Priory, where you can get private assessments - apparently they’re about £600-800, if you really don’t want to wait.
