Been looking at a lot of home reports these past few months. Any idea why factor fees are so much higher on newer properties than tenements? I've regularly seen newer builds with £150-180/month factor fees versus £30-60 for classic tenements. Presumably buildings 100+ years old need more work and insurance rates are higher than something built 10 years ago.
