| Comment | There's a bit in Kelvingrove park down by where the Western was.
Someone - probably homeless - was camping out down by the river just before COP and left tonnes of wrappers and a duvet. I assume they were moved on by COP security, but their rubbish is still there.
Used the Council app but nothing's been done about it.
It's an awkward bit to get to and it looked *really* dangerous recently with the high water level, so maybe that was why. |
