| Comment | I’ve had a similar situation in the past. If you are concerned for the people in the house, phone the police every time it happens, at the time of it happening, and phone social services when their offices open. They tend to take it more seriously if there is an established pattern. They also take it more seriously when they see police/ss have been contacted before. Isolated incidents tend to get overlooked. |
