Lived next to Elder Park for a bit. Feel like it was a nice and fairly quiet place to live and I thought it would've been way worse than it actually was from the stories I heard. Was about a 10 minute walk to the subway, 15 min walk to the big Asda which was also a plus. Never felt unsafe there.
