I've just now had a pretty bad experience with Talk Talk. WiFi died in my area during Eunice last Thursday and on Friday I talked to an agent (via Twitter dms!) who was able to diagnose that it was network issue and send out an engineer to get it sorted. Woke up to a text on Saturday saying engineers sorted it but it may take a few days to get working again. We're students so ofc we procrastinated phoning and waiting a good few days. But it got to yesterday (Tuesday) and we've all just about ran out of data so we phoned and they maintained that the issue was no longer on their end and began rattling through every obvious home fix you can think of for about an hour - I had no idea there were so many iterations of 'turn the router off and on again'! Eventually said they'd do more tests and phone back in 20 mins. They phoned back 5 hours later to say they'll send an engineer around today. So I'll let you know if it does get sorted this morning but this has certainly been a massive palaver.

Been good until this tho
