Was told by a very helpful guy in Tiso on Buchanan Street that there's supposed to be a pea-sized gap at the end of your fingers to stop your fingertips from directly touching the cold palm, insulates yer digits and keeps you that little bit warmer. I ended up with an absolutely blinding pair of toasty Rab gloves but the bloke in there was really good, so I'd recommend going in and seeing what they've got. |
