Something we were aware of when getting quotes. The quotes I've gotten so far include the understanding that we won't have access to the keys of the place we're moving to until later in the day and we've asked for costing contingencies if we don't get keys until the next day. We aren't in a long chain. It's just us and one other person (buying our property) but aware it could be an issue. Unfortunately we don't have anyone to stay with so only have this option! |
