I went to the cinema yesterday and 90% of people just left their empty cans of coke, crisps and candy without any hesitation. Like it's something completely normal (and at this point I assume this is just regular expected behaviour).
Probably the justification is "Somebody is paid to clean this place anyway, it's their job". Then you just take this exact same mentality and mirror it on the street "It's GGCs job to clean the streets anyway, so might just drop my trash anywhere".
And the people from cinema weren't wee neds or whatever, but a mix of people from the age of 20 to 50... |
