I had a root around to see the latest and you're right, even the latest start time of January 2022 seems to have come and gone (unless I'm wrong about that and stuff is happening on site?). https://www.glasgow.gov.uk/index.aspx?articleid=27731 I was just saying it's on its way relatively soon as an alternative to the Clyde Tunnel.
