No they can’t. Which is why as you said shelters won’t adopt to families with small children.
It’s ludicrous to say you would know more about what to expect from a full grown adult dog in the pound than a new born puppy bought from a reputable breeder.
Like I am struggling to even comprehend how fucking stupid that it is and I don’t care that this is getting downvoted because it’s getting downvoted by idiots who see someone say something they deem as negative about shelter dogs and freak out without using their brain. |
