I cringe any time I hear it because of a horrible manager I had in the past. He was a loud obnoxious wee creep and I can still hear him shouting it any time I hear it. Fucking hated that wee cunt, he should have been sacked but somehow got redundancy despite being investigated for his dodgy practices
