Any Asian/world food shop should carry them. Sometimes see them in the big supermarkets. Even Lidl has had them.

Can't when they're in season right enough and Brexit & pandemic will have played hell with the supply chains.

You don't say where in Glasgow you are, but you could try: Shawlands Continental, Stalks and Stems (Shawlands), World Foods (Strathbungo, Nithsdale Road), the shops on Allison Street (Govanhill), Seewoo, Chung Yingcs (if that place is still going), any big Tesco/Morrisons/M&S/Waitrose.
