| Comment | Not sure if you're working at the moment. If so, some workplaces have some form of private health care in their package which usually includes an 'employee assistance programme' and this can involve telephone counselling sessions.
I also second using the Life Link referral. To set your expectations, my referral took the best part of 6 months. If it turns out to be similar turnaround times and if you're struggling at the moment you can try to use one of the charities free service or the work based service mentioned above if applicable in the meantime.
