These companies take diversity very seriously.
The schemes are unbelievably competitive. My company also has one which is extremely competitive and we’ll have hundreds of candidates at the final stage for however many places we have.
The reasons you got are because your interviewer would have seen multiple people on the same day and had to write up their feedback in between interviews. Unfortunately the managers just won’t spend much time doing it so it will be generic with maybe one or two points that are genuinely good feedback. |
