All of them. People are out to have fun, bit of a dance, perhaps sing (depends on the venue), and maybe even round the night out with a bit of a lumber.
You best bet is to do the museums etc and once they close, go to your accomodation and stay there.
If you insist on going out, try to find a late night cafe or a sober bar. Can't recommend anywhere, but search engines are a thing.
