| Comment | Never lived on top floor my friend did, if you don't have a factor you will need to approach your neighbours to see if they will contribute to repairs. If you have a factor then they should help with this process.
This is the reason I don't buy flat on top floor is this exact fear.
It's a real pain in the arse is some of your neighbours will probably not want to contribute as it's not their problem. As it won't affect them immediately. |
