| Comment | A guy currently living there said there's been 4-5 leaks in 7 years so far, though none of them in his flat.
I am thinking it's an inevitable thing that will happen, just wondering if it is a major inconvenience that will cause some further damage (damp, rot, etc.) or something that can be fixed in a matter of few days and everything goes back to normal.
Apparently everyone always chips in when the repairs are due. |
