It's a piece of kitsch and would have been long forgotten, were it not for being a Dali. Worth £80m at the very least. More than a few potholes, that's Glasgow's funding gap for a decade. What it does bring to Glasgow (which is debatable) pales in comparison to what it could bring if sold.
