| Comment | It's the bane of my life. One leak hasn't been sorted in over ten years. Factor has sent out numerous companies who think they have fixed it, then get some heavy rain and wind and it's dripping in again. No point even getting that part of the ceiling painted. Guttering which hadn't been cleared led to large ingress patches on ceilings in two other rooms at both front and back of flat last year. |
