| Comment | We got a piece of shit flat in Dennistoun for 80,000 single glazed. Problem with the plumbing etc . That was on the market for years. Bargains are to be had but you’ll need a significant amount of work done to them ( which is stressful and expensive in itself and I am not sure entirely worth it)
Looking back I wish We had just out the money we have since spent into a better place that needed no work .
So my advice is spend another couple of years saving for more budget |
