| Comment | Currently live on the top floor. No roof leaks so far (4+ years).
I like that if there were to be a roof leak, I'd be the one to notice it, so I could be sure that someone on the ball would be onto the factor straight away to sort it out. Would be annoying to be two floors down not knowing if someone elese's procastination was gonna cost me, given roof repairs are communal expenses.
I also love that I don't have any footsteps above me all the time. Never bothered me before when I lived on other floors, but now I could not go back to that!
