| Comment | Get potatoes, chop them up into thick chips (none of those wee thin French fry ones like McDonald's and that do) and fry them up in a deep frier, no air frying or oven cooking, needs to be as unhealthy as possible, buy cheap grated cheese like a mozzarella and cheddar mix, the cheapest you can find, buy a cheap curry sauce packet you just add water too and stir. Pour a bit of the sauce over the chips, enough that the ones at the bottom are still dry or if you want to be like a decent chippy absolutely drown them then pile on mounds of the cheese and serve in a polystyrene tray with a wee wooden fork that only has 2 prongs |
