Once you see notification, call the estate agent’s office rather than trying to email to get a viewing. That’s one way to try and get into the first set of viewings. Try and be flexible as much to be able to attend viewings, if you try for a later one, chances are the property will be gone.
Don’t apply for properties where the rent would be more than 1/3 of your take home pay. |
