| Comment | Have you considered asking for a higher rate of pay at the new job? If you can outline your skills that make you the most attractive person for the job and justify that you deserve higher "compensation" (e.g. pay) for the job then they may consider increasing, even a grand or two, which may help your decision.
I have done this in the past and clearly stated my reasoning, and been offered a higher salary. |
