Being old, I always think that quality of life Tops income. What's the mid / long term prospect of getting a pay rise in the new job? Would it maybe leave you time / energy for a side project that could generate income? Are you realistically going to stay there for more than 2 or 3 years? Or will you start looking around anyway after a while? (I know you aren't clairvoyant so you can't really answer any of these questions 100% but it might be worth thinking about)
