I’m currently going through tests to get to the bottom of my “problems” and I strongly feel I might get a diagnosis of ADHD however I feel a bit lost as to what it will mean as I’ll still be facing the same problems just with a wee name attached. What does your prescription actually help you with? As in what are the differences?
