Glad you finally decided to read about the point your making rather than talking shit you don't know about. Unfortunately though, you're misunderstanding the gym/club point above. The point the document is making is organisations open to the public and operating on entry fees cannot discriminate based on ethnicity. They gave gym/club just as an example of some that might operate with daily entry fees rather than memberships. Many (most now actually) operate as a sports club, charging monthly/yearly membership fees which make the need for entry fees redundant. For those that wish, it also allows them to set regulations which limit the membership to particular protected characteristics (disability, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation). Brings us back to the original point of exactly why places like womens-old gyms are allowed to operate in the UK - restrictive memberships to serve the disadvantaged protected characteristics.
