There were five which they clearly hadn't intended to reopen (which is corroborated by the pre-covid list), but the Save Our Libraries campaigns across social media, petitions and weekly "sit-ins" outside some of these libraries in all weathers made GCC do a U-turn and scrape together some additional funding for Glasgow Life to get them opened again. |
