I'd really consider this, because am self factored and dealing with current landlords that aren't ever there, are uncontactable and frankly the people going in and out of the houses are borderline report worthy.
It's a big deal to go self factored and usually ends up meaning that you end up doing everything cause everyone else doesn't give a fuck, especially if they are landlords.
Obviously, you know your own situation, but it's just something to considered, cause they could sell or anything and ye get a right proper cunt in.
Am actually trying to go factored, but I can't fucking contact anyone and the letting agencies that own a few flats ignore my requests. |
