The BSIP is a step forward but it's frankly not enough - sure, access the funds, but this still keeps the routes in private hands rather than the full municipally owned transport we need. But if it provides some improvement and funding to eventually buy the rolling stock and yeet First, McGill's, and Stagecoach into the Clyde then.. eh. |
