We're only a million miles off from it because of planning decisions like this though!
Need to start somewhere, and unfortunately that means calling past mistakes out for what they are and demanding better.
Don't get me wrong, all of those retailers should and could all still be there located in that vicinity. But the design of the site is wrong from the very beginning.
