Myself and all my friends have got council houses in the last two years. It took sleeping on a sofa for 6 months but now we all have our own wee places for very reasonable prices.
I have a studio flat, my pal on the other street has a 2 bed. I pay £280/ month he pays £300.
My other pal just got a 2 bedroom house in the west end for £350 a month (injured veteran).
