| Comment | Personally, I would probably live in the southside. I used to cycle to the royal infirmary from the southside and it was really quick (over the squinty bridge and along the Clyde side cycle path). You could easily cycle to the QUEH from southside too so it gives you the option to work at either.
Anywhere near the Paisley road west and you’ll have access to great transport links and a variety of shops (Aldi, 24hr Asda, Morrison’s etc). Cycle through the Clyde tunnel and you’re in the west end. Lots of good parks in the south as well; bellahouston, Pollok park, Queen’s Park if you enjoy being outdoors.
I am not bashing the east end in any way, I honestly don’t know it that well but the south side is just well connected in my opinion :) |
