| Comment | It's also hard to hide. I forgot to change the address on one of my bank accounts when I moved out of the parents. Around a year later they got a letter from the council demanding proof I didn't live there any more, otherwise they would back date the bill and add a fine. (The letter stated they found a bank account registered to the address)
I assume they check other stuff also like electoral role and the home office (for people on visas) |
