Thanks for this it made me laugh! I thought it was a bit suspicious that the standard rate was no where to be found on the website and anytime I tried to look for tariff into it just took me to those extortionate fixed priced ones.
I set up an online account for them which I have access to (this is where I was given those prices). They were getting phone calls/letters pressuring them into signing up to one and I told them not to as I felt like it was really excessive. From advice here I’m glad I did! |
